C-470 is a highway that runs along the western perimeter of the Denver metropolitan area from South I-25 to West I-70. The C-470 project was done in accordance with the Federal Highway Administration and the Colorado Department of Transportation. The project includes an Environmental Assessment, which identifies future needs and improvements that meet those needs, and an Express Lanes Feasibility Study that examines the feasibility of tolled express lanes to manage congestion.
