The South I-25 Urban Corridor TMA works to provide innovative and effective Transportation Demand Management (TDM) programs and services. TDM consists of programs, incentives and strategies to manage the demand for transportation, in other words, to direct the number of vehicles on the road.

TDM works to reduce commuter travel time by efficiently managing the flow of traffic rather than allocating money toward costly projects that increase road capacity, such as widening highways. TDM solutions are often low-cost or free to adopt, only requiring the participation and support of the local business community, residents, employees and employers.
