RIDING THE CALL-N-RIDE
If the dynamic duo of the RTD bus and light rail system does not get you to where you need to go, or if you need to run some errands during the day, call-n-Ride is at your service. The call-n-Ride is a curb-to-curb transportation service that passengers can call to request a trip within a designated service area. Call-n-Ride vehicles are small, wheelchair-accessible buses. The service is also designed to connect with regular RTD service at park-n-Rides. Phone the appropriate call-n-Ride driver and make an appointment for where and when you need to be picked up. This curb-to-curb service is provided for rider convenience, but you may have to share with other riders in the regions.
How do I use call-n-Ride?The driver will pick you up and take you to any destination within the service-area boundaries. If travel beyond those boundaries is necessary, the driver can coordinate to have you picked up by a second call-n-Ride bus if your final destination is in a call-n-Ride area.
Because call-n-Ride is a custom service, transfers from previous rides in the day do not apply.
Call the designated call-n-Ride number from your point of origin.
